Other Details to Note
In accordance with community guidelines, there are exterior cameras installed all around the house, but none inside. We require all of our guests to provide a copy of legal identification upon booking. We also welcome pets in our property, provided that they are either documented in the reservation and the pet fee is paid through Airbnb, or a deposit of $500 is made externally before booking. Please note that failure to disclose the presence of a pet will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. As an additional note, we do not offer mail services. While you can certainly mail delivered at the front door, it is best to use a local PO box or local distributor to arrange for pick up. We also have a recurring lawn mowing service that is conducted 1-2 month, and the service access the backyard to quickly mow the lawn.
